   I can't find the share button in the settings section of Dashboard. Is this because I haven't upgraded to 3.2? I am scared to upgrade because I'm not a developer - if things go haywire I'll be stuffed.

   Hi Esmi. No I haven't. I just received an email from WordPress telling you how to get your share button up but it didn't mention that you had to install it. How do I do this?

   Is this a wordpress.com blog or a self-hosted WordPress site? wordpress.org does not send out emails referencing share buttons.

   It's a self-hosted wordpress site. I used to have a web manager but we parted ways. I am useless at this stuff and really battle with the ins and outs

   Then you must be using a share plugin as this is not part of the WordPress core/default. Try re-reading the email you received. Perhaps that will help you identify what plugin or service you are using and where to go to get help.

   Last question Emi. Does this WordPress forum not support if you are on a self-hosted site?

   No! Sorry if I gave you that impression. These forums are specifically for self-hosted WordPress sites. The folks over at wordpress have their own forums.

    Where is the Sharing option that the email from WordPress is talking about? That does not appear in my settings dashboard. I would like to use the Publicize option they sprak of. Very confusing!

    My "Share" Button is not there.... What do I need to do to get it there?

    Hello,
    Under Setting in the WordPress Dashboard I do not have "Share" as an option to link a twitter, facebook, print buttons etc to my wordpress blog site??? How do I get this added?
