   I have been searching for month to learn how to create a basic WP plugin(something like standalone, not changing the wordpress content).

   I mean user should access the plugin from a url.

   I have learnt how to create a module for Drupal, but still searching for WP.

   Entire WP community only knows how to change WP content.

   I have already posted for it, but no response.

   Even there's no book available.

   Can WP authors dare to write a tutorial on it.

   OR should I assume that WP just can change content.

   Drupal community is way ahead of WP.

   Did you try using google?

   I'm only halfway being a smartass... Just a bit ago I wanted to learn real basic plugin stuff. Within a half hour I had made a plugin with a widget and wrote a brief tutorial on it

   I'm not saying to use my tutorial, I'm saying the amount of info I found on google was overwhelming. There is an endless amount of info about plugin development.
