Setup WP as a Blog Aggregator

Hi guys i want to setup a WP blog so that it can read in feeds from other blogs and display them as posts. It will be a similar system to 9rules. I have seen the following page for Syndication plugins:

But i’m wondering if anyone has had previous expierence doing something similar to what i have in mind and if you could provide me with some info?

Which of those plugins above would be the best for what i need?
