Visionary theme settings page issue

I’m using the Visionary theme, but when I go to the Visionary settings page it won’t let me click any of the options. I cannot figure out this strange and possibly extremely simple problem. The settings page opens, and it gives me options to click, I click them, and nothing happens. What gives? I need help!
