It is not possible to use Piwik widgets in WP-Piwik directly.

But if you like some values to be shown which are delivered by the Piwik API, just tell me about them – I’ll try to add them by and by.

E.g. I can show the country stats as a table?

I’m thinking more of how Edublogs integrated those widgets into their widget directly?…

I was wondering if this could be a easy way… each widget can actually be displayed in an iframe so is it possible to just have a page with a bunch of iframe toggle choices?

Using Piwik widgets at WP-Piwik dashboard by WP-Piwik itself will reveal your auth token – and this will be a enormous security issue especially regarding network blogs. Or WP-Piwik has to create new Piwik users – but I like to avoid this.

Otherwise the user “anonymous” needs view access to the stats – most webmasters don’t like to do so. If this would be acceptable to you, I can think about a widget selector for future releases.

Of course the Piwik widgets won’t fit your WordPress admin layout at all.

Anonymous accessing my stats is completely acceptable. There’s really nothing they can do with my stats. If I have great stats, it just shows off more value to my site right? 😉 I’d love to have that feature. Thank you 🙂

Feature “widget selector” will be part of 0.9.9.

Because of Piwik 1.11 WP-Piwik 0.9.9 will be released ahead of schedule. Unfortunately this means, the “widget selector” is not part of 0.9.9.

But I did not forget your request and hope to deliver an update addressing this soon.
