Ahh in the description there were loads of setting you could change, the colour, the background image the header etc etc, but I cannot find a menu to do any of this. Is it just me?
I can't be bothered to mess with the CSS to do any of this, so let me know if I am missing something please!

Just Dl'd the spectrum theme. Also looked at the site for it. There is no options menu coded into it anywhere, nor mention of it. Sorry, this theme will only be altered through css.
