Setting website description (google search)

Hi everyone,

I’am running a second blog with Hueman theme (very nice) and I have an issue :

When I’m searching for my website with google, my website description is always the firsts sentences of my lastest post.
So isn’t very nice for SEO etc ….

I don’t have this kind of issue with my other blog (graphene theme), but I don’t remember how I have fixed it.

I think is pretty symple but … 🙁
