Setting Up a Q&A Page

    I want to set up a Q&A page where I can engage with my website visitors, and also have new content added on a consistent basis. I thought I can use the comment feature, but I cannot seem to get the comment box to show up. The webpage is http://www.rcslawfirm.com/ask-the-lawyer/

    Please help with any suggestions.
