   I have been advised to set up a child theme so I dont lose all my (now many) changes for my site http://carrotsandclaret.com

   I didnt know how to do this so I got a plugin 'one click child theme' and went to the themes pages a 'created' it hoping just to save everything. But its gone seriously wrong. My menu bar was perfect before:-

   Home Recipes (with drop down) gallery contact

   Now its all mixed up!

   Please help

   Sorry re my last post. I have managed to get the appearance back but have I dont the right thing to set up a child theme and save everything? Im not really sure what Im doing!
