    Hi there! I'm trying to set a blog link "Blog" on the Navigation bar, just like you did when you set up the home link "Home" on the nav bar. please tell me if I'm on the right track.Here's what I did.

    1. I hit the "Appearance" on my Dashboard.
    2. Then I hit the "Editor" link.
    3. I scroll up and hit the "Header" link.
    4. Then I insert this tags "

  2. ">Blog
  3. " after the original tag "
  4. ">Home
  5. ".
    5. Did I hit the right spot?
    Here's the quick view of the header.php on my WordPress.

    <div id="navbar">

    <div class="navbarleft">
    <ul id="nav">

  6. ">Home
  7. ">Blog
  8. If that is right, then how can I published blogs using the navigation link for "Blog"?

    Thanks :)

    Clarification - did you create a static Page named "Home" and set it as your home page or do you have regular home page and are just hardcoding the links in your main nav? What is your theme name and/or site url?

    I mean, if I should click on the blog link on the navigation bar the url should be http://www.mydomain.org/category/blog.

    Did you create a category named "blog"? Is your permalink structure set to have "category" before the category?

    yes, I did create a category named "blog" and I'm trying to set up the permalink structure to have the "category" before the blog or post. Does it involve creating the post? I'm sorry. If the latter question sounds complicated don't dare to answer. :)

    I'm trying to set up the permalink structure to have the "category"

    Go to Dashboard Settings > Permalinks - in the Optional section, you could add the term category in the box for Category Base.

    how about the custom structure? What am I to do with that? shall I enclose the "blog" on it? :)

    because with the category base I added the term "blog" on it and with its custom structure, I added this /%postname%/. :)

    No.

    because with the category base I added the term "blog"

    Wrong. If you want "category" then "category" should be there instead. The term "blog" is a category.
    Btw, did you already set your Appearance > Tubular Theme Options - Blog Category = Blog. In addition, there is free support in StudioPress forum for Tubular theme buyers.
