   I have worked with wordpress.com no problem.
   I can't figure out what to do after the download, the second
   step to setting up my blog on wordpress.org.
   I don't see a simple step by step except
   "download" here. Thanks for any help.

   I would start here http://codex.wordpress.org/New_To_WordPress_-_Where_to_Start WordPress.org offers the software you need to run a blog on your own server completely seperate from WordPress.com
