Setting specific amount and including options on products

I am interested in setting up several different items within my cart, and fully understand how to do so. However, there is one issue I have yet to be able to find any documentation on, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Product – Business cards
I need to be able to set up quantity of 250, 500, 1000 and include 3 options for the back.The idea is that the when purchased the client can choose quantity and also choose a plain back, a simple back, or a customized photo back. Is this possible, or is it best to set up EACH option separately? Please inform if the quantity option and the customized option is obtainable.
