   Hi,

   After a bit to tbshooting I see that if I upload the images using the Media add-new my 1900x1080 images are NOT being resized after setting the Settings -> Media -> large size to 2048 x 2048 max - ok good but...

   But I'm posting using Windows Live Writer and when I use this the images are going to the 1024 x 1024 max dimensions and being resized.

   Can't find anything in Live Writer that would limit the size and Live Writer shows when linking to the "original photo" it will be 1900x1080.

   Wondering if anyone has some help on this?

   .....nevermind.

   Looks like the default "link-to" for photos in Live Writer is set to its "Large" image size and that was limited to 1024 dimension. After changing the link-to to be the "original" the full size image is being uploaded and linked in post.
