   I made a change in the Genral tab in settings and changed the site URL. Now I am unable to access anything,I am unable to log into the dashboard to make any changes and my page has gone haywire. Please help.

   Sorry...The requested URL /wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.thehealthjournals.com%2Fwordpress%2Fwp-admin%2F does not exist.

   This is the error I am getting when I try to Log In to Dashboard

   Try to access phpmyadmin to manage your database and change your URL from here

   where is that file located. I can't seem to find it?

   it's in your domain control panel, you must have something like "manage sql"
