Set Featured Image from Frontend Form

    I am using form in front end to insert post along with file option for uploading video. I manage to add post meta _fvp_video in the post but video is not showing. On admin panel if i open inserted post the featured video tab show option “Set as Featured Image”. After clicking that my video shows on post. Can you please help me to make video as default featured image at the time of inserting post by form.
