Set a Post page as a default home page

    I set up 2 categories, both are blog posts. I assigned the categories to the posts. I set up 2 menu tabs: “Home” and “Latest News”. When I open the website all blog posts show up as the home page (both categories). When I click on “Home” tab, just the home posts appear and when I click on “Latest News” the latest news blog appears. I want to open the website and only see the home category posts (as the default home page).
    Because I am dealing with just posts and no pages, I can’t fix this in the “reading” area. my site is: http://withlacoocheegulfpreserve.com

    Can anyone help me?
