Services requested to complete a theme

    I am currently migrating this site, which is static HTML, to WordPress:

    We have a theme partially completed, but I would like to hand the task to someone expert in the use of CSS to finish development, ensuring the site’s appearance is ok in the usual range of popular browsers.
