   I have successfully installed WP 2.6.2. However, the front-end of the website goes offline whenever I log-out of the admin section and I get this message:

   Service unavailable.
   Please check back later…

   Could someone kindly advice what this might be happening

   That's not a WP message. Talk to your host.
