Separate Second Post Page

Hey guys,

Im new to wordpress so please excuse me if this is silly.

I would like to create a second page where I can post to. So like on my home page here: http://adventurekatz.com/wordpress/
I want to create a second one of those pages where I can post exclusively to that page.
