How do I put each post on a separate page?

technicly, it is possiable, but ..why would you want to do that ?
If you are trying to create a static page, ust use PAGES instead of POSTS.
Otherwise, with a "normal" use of this blog platform, you will end up with hundreds of pages and an endless menu...
