   Hi all! Hopefully someone can give me some advice.

   I'd like to have my blog display the full text of my most recent post, then a static image, then the titles and summaries of the next ten posts.

   Someone suggested I could do this by using two separate loops. Have any of you been able to successfully do this? If so, how? Any advice would be appreciated.
