Separate counter above each visible button?

I just started a new blog on http://www.doctordetox.ro.
I’ve installed AddThis plugin but what I want to get is something different from default AddThis setup. I want something like on http://www.andyszekely.ro, where:
– there are only some selected social buttons
– each button has above it a counter.
Is it posible to do the same thing with AddThis?

Hey Emil, you can try the code below inside Custom Code option from AddThis settings.
