SEO Page Analysis not updating when I click Update

    I have been having this problem off and on since starting to use the SEO Plugin by Yoast, I am trying to get my pages to Good SEO but when I make changes like adding keywords to title or alt image tags to images and update page the SEO Check still says they are not fixed.

    I have tried updating pages and even leaving site and returning to dashboard and pages but pages and SEO does not update on all pages, just some of them. Its really hard to tell if I am doing what I am supposed to on each page when the Plugin tells me the wrong things.
