seo key words

My key word is in my domain. When attempting to optomize home page using Web SEO reports, this report comes up ever though content text has not over used key words on page. “Your keyword too often appears in the link text and the ALT attributes of image links on this page! Your keyword shouldn’t appear more than 6 times, but it actually appears 13 times”. Because wordpress create html code for page that includes upload address (that includes key word) the key work is over used on page.

How can I change the html created by word press so that the key word is not included in the upload address?
