I recently launched my website, and I am now doing the Search Engine Optimization. I am getting a yellow alert from my SEO plugin which is called WordPress SEO by Yoast because much of the content on my pages are within tables. My SEO plugin cannot see the information in the tables embedded with a WP shortcode on the page. Can the Googlebots and other search engines see the photos, video and text within those tables?

    Hi,

    thanks for your question.

Don’t worry, SEO won’t be affected by using TablePress Shortcodes at all. Tables will appear to search engines and users just like regular tables. They will not see a difference and also crawl tables.

    Tobias
