The debug is missing info about email ports. Can’t tell if they are open or not. Could you add a screenshot of the error? Also, could you update and try again? Maybe even try switching to Gmail sending just as a test.

We have another report of this issue. .9.5.1 did not fix for them but would like you to try if you can.
Ideally we need to see the apache error logs if you can get them. Hopefully that will clue us in on this issue.
Interestingly, the other person with the issue is a .au domain and you have .ar.

I updated the plugin.
I tried send the email when I has deactivate the others plugins, but I don’t have exit.
Previously, I used to use meeNews and I dont have problem with send the emails.

Sorry for the delay in response. We have investigated this issue with another customer and we think that if you enable auto cron in the new version it should handle sending better. Concert and set ups there could be a possibility of attempting to send too many messages at a time, in which case PHP will timeout and not send some or all messages.

I have not tested extensively with WordPress 3.7, but I am not aware of any issues. We do have a couple sites running 3.7.
