• After testing with this plugin everything seemed alright. But now, trying to send a bulk email/ newsletter it’s nothing but problem after problem.

Transporting the chosen lists of emails to the queue gets stuck. If not on 6000 than it will be on 8000 emails.

So tried to send the newsletter to a parts of the lists. Tried sending 6000 emails. Gets stuck by 6 emails. Tried sending 3000 emails. Gets stuck at 6.

Will you please come up with a solution or i’ll have tot discard the plugin completly as maybe a nice plugin for small amouts of emails, but not suitable for the real work.

The free version really isn’t meant for people sending more than 3000 messages per day. Generally most hosting providers won’t allow sending that many anyway.

For the workload you are describing, you should probably be running the pro version. We can send 36,000 Messages for day on a decent server and we could even turn that up even higher if need be depending on the use case. The link below will give you a little bit more about how it works.

For your particular workload that you are describing above this would probably be your best solution along with our pro version.

I’m the host and I allow large mailings and we have high tech very decent servers that can take almost any workload. So that’s no issue.

Why isn’t the plugin suitable for more than 3000 emails a day? What’s the difference with the pro version? If the free version isn’t working, why would the pro version be working? And foremost.. How can I test it if I can’t use it for a decent workload?

If you have a very good server and you have the ability to send large mailings, you can probably do it with the free version, but you would need to set up your own cron job and disable auto cron. With our auto cron feature in pro we remove the limitations of sending by connecting to your site more often so that it sends more messages per hour. If you want to handle all of that on your own, you can do it with your own cron. The article I linked to above has instructions for what URL to use when setting up your own cron.

For a list of other features provided in pro you can use the following link.

If you are still having trouble sending, make sure that you increase your daily and hourly sending limits. If doing that does not help, you can submit some support information and I can take a look at your set up and see if anything obvious jumps out.

Please click the following link for instructions on what info to provide support.

The most common sending issues are pho timeouts, which our auto cron helps prevent.
