   When I try to delete a post it tells me I need to:
   "Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers, for this feature to work. "
   I'm really enjoying this between not being able to login and now this I'm almost afraid to ask hot to post a new thread or to queue comments so I can approve them first.

   This search should set you on the path you need:
   http://wordpress.org/support/?action=search&searchFor=referrers
   Basically browsers normally send referrers, so there's probably Norton or a firewall or something that's blocking them. Read through the threads for solutions different people found.
