    Do you have the sender name set as well?

    Hi Matthew! Yes but I figured out what the problem is (was): An EMAIL address must also be set to ‘required’ in order to use that field. Once that was done, it all worked like a charm.

    My only suggestion would be to include that in the instructions. It took me many hours over several weeks to figure it out.

    It’s actually a bug that I found last week. It’ll be fixed in the next version, so no need for instructions there.
