   Not sure if it's actually a post type, but when someone sends feedback it adds it to a table in the database right? Any way you would be willing to give an option to have the messages be sent as an email and not as a message in the admin panel? More like a contact form?

   Usernoise sends site admin a notification now when any feedback is received, with a link that allows to read the feedback. That should solve your need. In future, I am planning to make this mechanism more flexible.
