   I would like to have functionality to forward a blog post to a friend. How hard is that to set up? Is there a plug-in that does that?

   WP-Email looks to be be pretty good if you were thinking of forwarding via that method. I don't use this particular plugin, but I use several of the others by this author and they are pretty easy to setup.

   I recommend the Send to a Friend plug-in.
