   are there any plugin that sends out a email to me (admin) when a author or writer publish a post?

   This plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/draft-notifier/ notifies admin if the author/writer can't publish the posts themselves but could easily be modified.

   thx! but i want a plugin that sends out the email to me when the post been published, not sent to draft!

   This Plugin can be easily modified for this purpose.
