Send email notification when star status is changed in Gravity Form entry

Hello!

Is there a way to have an email notification go to a specific email (field in the form itself) whenever the star (is_starred) status is toggled? This star appears next to entries when logged into the dashboard. I’d like to let the admin simply toggle this star and have an action automatically send an email.

Possible? If yes, how?
