Selective disabling of plugins for Mobile Safari (1 post)

I am looking to optimize my site for Mobile Safari on the iPhone and iPod Touch. I have installed a plugin that switches to an iPhone optimized theme when Mobile Safari is detected.

The problem arises when certain plugins that work well on the desktop (in this case Lightbox for my images) doesn't translate so well on the mobile platform.

I was wondering if there is a way to selective disable plugins that are not compatible with a certain theme, or is setting up a clone blog without the offending plugin the way to go.

    Cheers!
