Hi yvs,
Make sure you highlight the unit in the widget form.
see: http://postimg.org/image/4hhgg0e5h/
Hope it helps!

The widget is working. I did select the unit.
It’s the data that it’s trying to display is not showing up.
I specified 3 different products with the ASIN# so not sure why it’s saying “No products found”.
Try setting the Prevent Duplicates option to off, which can be found at Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Settings -> General -> Filters.

I turned off Duplicates and still get the same thing – No products found.
Is this the correct process if I just want to display specific products?
Add Unit by Search
Search type is Item Lookup
Add ASIN#s
Change image size to 250
Everything else I left default
Yes.
What do you see if you click on the view post
link which appears below the unit title after updating the unit in the unit definition page?

It says the same on the post – No products found.
Here’s the link to the post – http://morethanguitar.com/amazon_auto_links/favorites/.
I also have it in the widget right below the social media icons and you’ll see the same.
The other images below are ones I entered manually so don’t look at those.
What is the ASIN if you don’t mind so that I can test it in my environment?
Also a few things to check:
– set the Category option to All
.
– make sure there is no item in the black list and white list options. ( Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Settings -> General -> Filters )

Here are the ones I put wanted: B001R2POHE, B0002CZUV0, B00FXKIG5I.
I verified that the Category option is set to ALL and not items in the whitelist and blacklist.
Thanks for all your help!
They work fine here.
What do you see if you open the Authentication page of the plugin? ( Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Settings -> Authentication )
Does the status say Authenticated?

Yes, it does say Authenticated.
What version of wordpress should we be at? Does this matter? I see we have an older version.
It could matter. The plugin supposedly should work in WordPress v3.3 or higher and I’ve confirmed it is functioning in v3.4.2.
What is your WordPress version?
Then it should be fine.
At this point, I would suspect a cache plugin. Are you using one? If so, try disabling it for a moment to see if what happens.
Hi yvs,
So still not solved?
There was a bug in the caching system for the search unit types and it was fixed in v2.0.4. So please try the latest version.
