  • Hi keshar,

Do you have permalinks enabled or did you recently enable them? If so, you may need to re-save your permalinks.

Otherwise, it would appear that your WordPress install cannot find the page for membership checkout. Can you verify that the Membership Checkout page does exist and is a child page of the Membership Account page?

    Thank You

I’m also having this problem. Whenever I click “select” for a membership level, I get a 404. The checkout page does exist and it is under the parent account page in PMP settings.

This may be an SSL/HTTPS issue. Check out this blog post and see if that helps.

I don’t think it’s an SSL/HTTPS issue. When I disable BadgeOS and the BadgeOS Learndash Plugin, then the 404 stops and PMP functions normally. I don’t know whose problem it is, but I’m going to let BadgeOS know as well as LearnDash to see if anyone can figure out what the problem is.

I found the solution to this issue here:
    https://github.com/opencredit/badgeos/issues/162

It seems that the Badge Stack Addon is causing the 404 error. You can wipe out all of the data that the BadgeStack add-on introduced by doing the following:
    1. Go to BadgeOS > Levels, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete
    2. Go to BadgeOS > Quests, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete
    3. Go to BadgeOS > Community Badges, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete
    4. Go to BadgeOS > Quest Badges, select All, Bulk Actions > Delete
    5. Go to BadgeOS > Achievement Types, select Level, Quest, Community Badge and Quest Badge, Bulk Actions > Delete

Once I followed this, the 404 error disappeared.
