Select menu problem

Hi there,

When I use the select form as below, I cannot view the fields which start with the symbol “<” or “>” in the notification e-mail :

[select* nombre “” “< à 15 personnes / jour” “< à 30 personnes / jour” “De 30 à 60 personnes / jour” “De 60 à 100 personnes / jour” “De 100 à 250 personnes / jour” “> à 250 personnes / jour”]

For example if the user selects “< à 30 personnes / jour” from the list, this selection does not appear in the notification e-mail but if “De 60 à 100 personnes / jour” was selected then there is no problem at all.

Can you guys please have a look and let me know?
