Seems to be broken with the latest version of wordpress

The sidebar widget doesn’t save properly for me in the latest WordPress version.
I set it up, save it and it all looks fine, preview the page and the widget isn’t in the sidebar. Hit re-load on the widget page in the admin section and the widget is no longer there.
