I am sure it must exist, but I am unable to find a comment plugin that explicitly states it will alert the blog administrator via email that a comment has been made so that it can be moderated and publicly shows the comment only after moderation, that works with CommentLUV, and that includes some form of subscribe to comments.
Most important is the showing of the comment only after moderation, next most important is alerting blog administrator, the other requirements are less important.
