esmi - I am not trying to embarress anyone - I just believe that if you answer a person by sending to a webpage that doesn't specifically answer their questions - it gives the impression you are annoying someone
it might just be easier to have another person who is not as busy that can give a specific answer with exact directions how to use the program
I am somewhat technical and if I can't find the answer to my question quickly how can you expect a person who might have no idea how eShop works to figure it out
we were left out to dry by our designer - your product looks great
we need such a product, I would like to announce it to the world but without direct help - it is extremely frustrating and has no value
so I will ask my direct questions here and hope some can answer them which might help others working with eShop
I can't find anywhere where the text for the drop down menus is coming from for:
shipping (I see the table defining the amounts) but the text in the drop down menu I can't find it
the same would be true for the drop down for additions
and also how the type or category of the product drop down is created
next if there are additional items how is it possible to include the proper extra shipping for those extra items?
if someone can just answer
well, go here, do this and then do this

next how does Eshop know what to send to Paypal also?

I really would love to announce our website to the world
but can't till we have our shopping cart working or I will
have to go back to my old technique on our website of
just including the Paypal buy buttons which doesn't
look as professional
