   If there is anyone I could speak to directly, who is using eShop and understands how it works - I would be very grateful - there are a few parts of it that I don't understand and I can't find the answer via the online documentation - our designer added it to our website and then disappeared

   I have tried to contact the creators but it seems I am an annoyance - I have heard the community on WP is very supportive - I am a quick learner and happy to acknowledge publicly whoever can help us - I am a newbie to WP and learning quickly, I have a computer background

   so if you have used eShop and see how it works, please lets chat

   basic challenges are:
   shipping - how to create text for drop down menu
   additions - the same
   if there are additions how we can add to the shipping amount

   esmi - I am not trying to embarress anyone - I just believe that if you answer a person by sending to a webpage that doesn't specifically answer their questions - it gives the impression you are annoying someone

   it might just be easier to have another person who is not as busy that can give a specific answer with exact directions how to use the program

   I am somewhat technical and if I can't find the answer to my question quickly how can you expect a person who might have no idea how eShop works to figure it out

   we were left out to dry by our designer - your product looks great
   we need such a product, I would like to announce it to the world but without direct help - it is extremely frustrating and has no value

   so I will ask my direct questions here and hope some can answer them which might help others working with eShop

   I can't find anywhere where the text for the drop down menus is coming from for:

   shipping (I see the table defining the amounts) but the text in the drop down menu I can't find it

   the same would be true for the drop down for additions
   and also how the type or category of the product drop down is created

   next if there are additional items how is it possible to include the proper extra shipping for those extra items?

   if someone can just answer

   well, go here, do this and then do this
   I will be a happy camper

   next how does Eshop know what to send to Paypal also?
   where is this taking place.

   I really would love to announce our website to the world
   but can't till we have our shopping cart working or I will
   have to go back to my old technique on our website of
   just including the Paypal buy buttons which doesn't
   look as professional

   HELP!!!

   Hi Joshua

   Yes I too have found a certain person on Quirm to be quite rude when apparently 'answering' questions (which is absolutely not necessary whether you're busy or not) and quite often ignores the information provided, even though it's thorough, explains the problem your experiencing, what you've tried to do to combat it and vital to troubleshooting the problem! So your not alone on that one.

   I agree with you, if this person doesn't want to provide help or can't be bothered then don't. Developer or no developer. It's a support forum provided by the plugin creator. If people feel they cannot post their problems without fear of some individual being rude and unhelpful then what's the point in it? People won't bother in future, they'll just decide to switch to a different plugin.

   That said, Rich on the other hand is quite helpful and gets straight to the point. He's also willing to listen to suggestions and if he can't implement them or sees no benefit to them, he'll give you an honest answer. I like that. No BS!

   To answer (some) of your questions:

   This can’t be edited directly via the eshop admin. You would need to create a language file (for instance en_US.mo). I managed to do this myself once and it worked but I’ve tried since and failed. I think I’ve been dropping it in the wrong place. I need to look this up again sometime in the near future.

   You can set this via the Shipping options in the eshop admin panel, just select: ‘Method 1 ( per quantity of 1, prices reduced for additional items )’.

   I hope someone else will be willing to help you on the other points.
