see contents of users cart?

Is it at all possible to see the contents of a user’s cart, when they don’t complete a purchase?
I want to use WooCommerce just as a ‘product catalogue’ without the checkout, so users can browse products, add to cart and see total price (before a consultant follows up and completes the purchase offline)
I want to be able to see what people are putting in the cart for those users who don’t follow up, but because the user doesn’t go through checkout it doesn’t store anything in the DB or trigger any emails.
Open to suggestions on how this could work.
