   Installed WP on my pc and works fine. Installed it on my website and user can register and edit other user posts even though their set to level 1.

   there is a setting in options where u can block registering.
   and anyways, a user cannot edit anyone user's post if his rank is less then the second guy's rank. if this is not working then its a bug. what version u are running mate?

   the site is new nothing importants. edit away as a new user.

   So users with the same rank can edit each other posts with the same rank. I upped the rank on the users post and that fixed the problem.
   I understand why user with higher level should be able to edit lower level ranks, but why equal ranks. Everybody with level 1 can edit every other level 1 users? Am i missing something here?
   Oh well.
