   Hi all,

   just wondering if I can edit the wp-config.php file after install and add in encrypted security keys? Or will it break anything?

   You change the security keys as often as you'd like. Your cookies are tied to the security keys, so you will have to login again after changing them, but that's the only inconvenience. Really, it's more of a security feature than an inconvenience since it allows you to remotely terminate all cookies.

   Hi macmanx, thanks a lot.

   So I can just edit the wp-config file offline, add the security keys and then upload it to the server and it won't break anything right?
