   When I check my counter stats, I can see an IP that has accessed my "/wp-adm in/link-manager.php" file.

   Is this normal? I use internet cafe's frequently so I thought maybe it was me doing normal admin maintenance --but this was earlier in the day, before I was even online.

   Any insight?
