    Hi,
I have downloaded the plugin and followed all necessary steps. I signed up and had an email sent to my email address. When I click on the link from my email it sends me to the download page where the download button is located. However, when I click on the download button it brings up "Security Check" in grey and there is no download?

    Please help!

    This is an odd one.

    Two things:

    1) Can you post the URL to your website.

    2) I'm betting this is a conflict with another plugin. Try deactivating all your other plugins and see if you still get the security check. If you don't, then reactivate each plugin until you get the security check again. That will show which plugin is causing the problem.

This is what is happening. The plugin uses wordpress security nonce's. The nonces are not matching, so its stopping the form process from working like it should.

    Hi Andy,

Thank you so much for replying so quick. Here is the link to the site:

Thanks again! Any advice would be great after you try it and see what happens.

I deactivated all of the plugins and it is still doing this.

    Please advise, thanks!

This is what is happening. Like I mentioned earlier the plugin uses WordPress nonce's to secure the forms.

For a reason, that I can't explain to you without looking at your WordPress installation, when the download button is clicked WordPress is under the impression that the form is coming from someplace else other than your web site.

What makes it more of a mystery, but might also lead to an answer, is that it works just fine in the user submission form.

The only difference that I could see was that you put the form in the header and the download button in the content area. Put the download button in the header and see if it works there.

How can I put it in the header if it is asking for a specific page to put the download on?

At the moment we are just trying to figure out what's going on with your web site. The header show's up on every page so theoretically it should still work.

What version of wordpress are you using?

    What theme are you using?

I downloaded it and tested, works fine for me.

I'm sorry but I'm out of options as to what might be causing this problem for you at this point. It's unique to your set up, no one else has encountered this to my knowledge..

The question is.... Why does WordPress think the form is coming from outside of your website?

Maybe someone else might be able to chime in on this.

    Andy,

Can I ask exactly how you set it up? Maybe I made a mistake?

I noticed your site doesn't look like the theme.

I downloaded the theme via the wordpress theme installer:
    Appearance -> Themes
Click the tab that says install themes.
    Search for Corpo
    Install it
    Then activate it

What I meant was, can you tell me step by step what you did to activate and setup your plugin?

It appears you did everything correctly.

    Install it
    Activate it.
    Choose the Landing Page.
    Save the options.

That's the minimum. Everything else is optional fluff.

I'm having this issue as well. Did you already found a solution?
I've got another theme: AVADA (a non-free one).

Uh. As of writing this. I solved at least my problem.
I clicked the link in the mail but was logged in as an administrator.
Logging out of wordpress, opening the landing page and Clicking download than worked for me.

    Best regards
    Stefan
