Second "Home" button attached to the first.

Hello,

Starting last night I noticed that my “Home” button now has another page (or something else?) attached to it, so it displays two combined buttons; one stating “Home” while the other states “#3(No Title)”. I had a similar issue before, but fixed it by editing the reading settings and setting a static page.

This just appeared last night, and I have not made any page changes in the last week. Not sure what could cause it?

Any help would be much appreciated!
