   Hello,

   I am searching for a way to allow my visitors to tag my posts themselves...
   BUT, with a restriction : that they can only pick from a list of predefined tags (supposedly, that I would have created as the admin).

   I wasted hours searching in vain, but my google-fu has always been subject of mockery from my friends.
   Please, would you know of a plugin allowing to do this operation ?
