   According to the change log version 3.0.4 added the ability to search items with the status of draft:
   Phrases are now also recognized in drafts and attachments.

   But this functionality doesn't seem to be working for me.

   I have the Twenty Twelve theme activated and all other plugins are disabled.

   Drafts are only shown in admin search.

   Thanks for the reply, but I'm not sure I understand. Can I use this plugin to search for Posts with a status of Draft when I'm not in the Dashboard?

   No, you can't, only in admin dashboard. Drafts are private by nature, and thus for the sake of convenience, Relevanssi doesn't allow them to be searched outside admin dashboard.
