Searching all fields instead of just directory columns

When using Gravity Forms Directory’s search option, it searches throughout every field in the form, instead of just the fields selected in the “Directory Columns” window.
Here’s an example:
In this directory, none of the three columns have the word “hosts” in it, however, searching for hosts shows several entries that have nothing to do with that word. This is because the form itself has an option for “A host sent me here” (something I don’t want to display on my directory, and don’t want to show up when searched for)
How can I accomplish hidden fields not showing up when searched for?
