Search widget is bringing up Feedburner window

At some point over the last week or so, the search box on our website stopped working and is seeming to work as a Feedburner subscription form instead.

I’ve tried removing the search form and adding the widget back in, but the problem is still occurring. Is there some way of fixing this?
